10. Conduct TQM programmes for teachers, administrative staff and students.

12. Organizing a counseling workshop for students to reduce their examination time tension.
13. Making campus environment calm, beautiful and student friendly which is conducive for the pursuit of academic activities.
14. Improving the quality of the new college canteen for providing wholesome and nutritious food and beverages to students.
15. Development of infrastructure and improving facilities in the college.
16. Conducting induction, remedial, bridge courses and Add – on courses for the development of the students
17. Providing additional library facilities for meritorious students to further improve their performance and get ranks
18. Continue to train B.Com Final students under “Project Genesis” which was introduced last year with the collaboration of Vidya Poshak (NGO Dharwad.) and Infosys BPO Company.
19. Introducing self financing courses like spoken English, Tally, UPSC/KPSC coaching classes etc. by different academic departments.
